REFUNDS and CANCELLATION
- By signing up for membership with The American Board of Hypnotherapy or The American Board of NLP, you have acknowledged that the annual fee payable is non-refundable.
- The American Board of Hypnotherapy and The American Board of NLP memberships do not auto-renew, existing members must renew online via the website.
- The person/s entering details in the form for renewal or certification is deemed to have intended to hold membership for 12 months beyond the current expiry date of membership or date of enrolment. The membership fee payable upon enrolment or renewal is therefore deemed intentional and is non-refundable.
- In the event the fee paid to The American Board of Hypnotherapy or The American Board of NLP was of an incorrect amount (possibly due to the wrong renewal or join option selected on the form), then the following will occur;
- If further payment is required we will contact you for the balance of payment.
- If a surplus payment has been made we will credit this to your account for the next membership renewal.
